We recommend using on a flat firm surface away from any types of ledges or drops. 

The middle area is not filled, the removable insert is padded and can be used in the center when on a firm surface. The materials used are all completely breathable. The outer edges are naturally weighted so the lounger will not shift around or be confining in any way. 

There is a pocket on the underside which contains a removable pouch filled with organic lavender and chamomile flowers to help induce sleep and relaxation. If you wish to Omit this pouch please leave a note at checkout.
