The possibilities are endless as you get to choose your own inner filling! We prefer organic buckwheat hulls but you could also use wool, cotton, kapok, hemp hulls, upcycled filling from an old pillow etc.
Many local Heath food and craft supply stores sell buckwheat hulls, wool, or cotton for filling.
